I first discovered Rooibos, or Red Tea, a few years ago. It’s more healthy than green tea. That’s how I’ve always promoted it. Well, in my endeavors to drink less caffeine, I have been researching Rooibos further. I have been finding some really wonderful health benefits!

  • Caffeine free.
  • High level of antioxidants.
  • Naturally occuring nutrients such as Zinc, Manganese, Alpha-hydroxy (great for the skin), Magnesium, Copper, Iron, Potassium, and Calcium.

Severely Low in Vitamin D

12 Apr

Got my Vitamin D Test Results back today, along with my Allergy Test Results. Two big blows!

To retest in three months, to see if I need to take more!

I wrote a blog about the importance of Vitamin D. Check it out!
